Refund policy
Your right to cancel (cooling off period)
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For Pay-as-you-go monthly subscriptions (billed monthly, cancellable) and Prepaid fixed-term subscriptions (upfront payment for a set number of months; does not auto-renew), you have a 14 day cooling-off period from the day of the first delivery you receive as part of your subscription.

If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you must retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.

If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of cancellation and we will reimburse you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

If your book is faulty, damaged or not as described
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the book is defective or damaged. You can return any book which was faulty, damaged or not as described when received within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. We will cover the cost of returning any faulty or incorrect item.
These rights do not apply to books that have been damaged through normal use, accidental damage, or misuse.
To report a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@sprogi.com and we will arrange the return or replacement for you.
These rights apply in addition to any cooling-off rights we offer and do not affect your legal rights.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
